Fried King Prawn Udon Noodles with Ginger and Sesame Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp, vegetable oil
- 16 thin strips, ginger
- 150g beansprouts, washed and drained
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- 12 king prawns, cooked
- 360g udon noodles, or 2 packs
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1 spring onion, chopped
Preparation
1Wash and drain beansprouts.
2Slice ginger, red pepper and carrot into thin slices.
Ready? Let's cook!
1 Heat oil in wok on high heat.
2 Fry ginger, king prawns, pepper and carrots for 3 minutes.
3 Add beansprouts and fry for 3 minutes.
4 Add udon noodles and fry for 4 minutes. Whilst frying add sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and spring onions. Serve
